Do you enjoy meeting people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them find the right coverage? Jake’s State Farm Team is looking for a motivated, personable Insurance Sales Representative to build customer relationships and support our community with insurance and financial service solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to learn about their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain coverage options clearly and help customers through applications, policy changes, and renewals.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, building lasting relationships along the way.
- Keep customer records and sales activity organized and up to date.
- Work with the team to deliver a welcoming, helpful customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused, goal-oriented approach.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and help people matters most.
- Willingness to obtain any required insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
